Welcome to Faithly! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, dashboards, reporting tools, and related offerings. By accessing or using Faithly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Faithly is a church-focused operational intelligence and structured execution service. We provide leadership dashboards, reporting, analytics integration, operational audits, and subscription-based strategic support.
Faithly may operate as both a service provider and software-enabled solution.
2. Your Account
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your church or organization to use Faithly’s services.
By creating an account or entering into a subscription, you confirm that:
The information provided is accurate and complete
You have authority to bind your organization to these Terms
2.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Faithly is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure account information.
2.3. Suspension & Termination
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 4.
Faithly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
Payments fail or remain overdue
Your use creates legal, operational, or reputational risk
3. Using Faithly
3.1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Faithly’s dashboards, reporting systems, and services for internal organizational purposes only.
3.2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Share login credentials with unauthorized third parties
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any proprietary systems
Resell Faithly services without written permission
Use Faithly for unlawful or harmful purposes
4. Payments & Plans
4.1. Pricing
Pricing and plan details are listed on our website or provided in a service agreement.
Faithly reserves the right to update pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.
4.2. Billing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
Subscription plans:
Auto-renew unless canceled
Are billed in advance (monthly or yearly depending on the plan)
May include a one-time setup or onboarding fee
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
4.3. Setup Fees
One-time setup, onboarding, or audit fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support.
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:
Cancellation stops future renewals
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle
Access continues until the end of the current paid period
4.5. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Data & Content Ownership
All branding, systems, dashboards, methodologies, and platform components belong to Faithly.
Client Data:
Churches and organizations retain ownership of their operational data
Faithly may process such data solely to provide contracted services
Faithly does not sell client data
Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used to improve services.
6. Service Disclaimer
Faithly provides strategic insights, reporting, and operational clarity tools.
We do not guarantee:
Specific attendance growth
Revenue increases
Organizational performance outcomes
Results depend on implementation and leadership decisions.
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Faithly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Use or inability to use services
Data interruptions
Third-party integrations
Decisions made based on dashboards or reports
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
8. Third-Party Services
Faithly integrates with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, analytics platforms, church management systems).
We are not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes from third-party providers.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or website notice.
Continued use of Faithly constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of Faithly.
